Being SAFE Certified means that the job seeker’s identity has been verified, background screened, and is in good standing by a trusted source - CSIdentity. It’s a proactive approach by the job seeker relieving the employer from performing the task. CSIdentity constantly monitors the job seeker’s status including identity verification and authentication, alternate names and aliases, and criminal report records, then sends real-time updates to the career site if the status changes. A job seeker can view their status info on the CSIdentity site or the career site. Employers can immediately see that a candidate is certified based on a SAFE icon that is displayed in the resume search results and resume view pages.
